FAQ

How do I choose the right size?

Our collars are available in four adjustable sizes: XS (20–27 cm), S (27–34 cm), M (30–38 cm), and L (37–47 cm). Our leashes come in one standard 1.5 m length. Measure around the widest part of your pet’s neck, allowing two fingers of breathing room. If your pet falls between sizes, choose the larger size.

When will my order arrive?

Malaysia: 1-3 business days. Singapore: 1–7 business days. Estimated delivery times for other destinations are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after order processing and may be affected by carriers, customs or public holidays.

Is my order gift-ready?

Yes. Every ÉLOVANE order is thoughtfully presented in an elegant signature gift box, carefully packed and ready to give.
